2. Personal Data Processed
If you submit our contact form, the following personal data will be processed:
- Identity data: First name, last name
- Contact data: E-mail address, telephone number
- Message content: Subject, product of interest, the message you wish to send
- Technical data: IP address, user agent (browser information) – processed temporarily to prevent misuse
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries and requests submitted through the contact form
- Answering requests for information about our products and services
- Providing technical support and after-sales services
- Preventing abuse of the contact form (spam, automated bot submissions)
- Fulfilling our legal obligations
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Your explicit consent (Article 5/1) – given via the consent checkbox when you submit the contact form
- Legitimate interest (Article 5/2-f) – processing of IP address and user agent for site security and spam prevention
- Legal obligation (Article 5/2-a) – statutory record-keeping and notification duties
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is forwarded to the info@nrt.com.tr address and is not shared with any third parties other than our e-mail service provider. No transfer outside Türkiye takes place. Data may only be shared with authorised public authorities where required by law.
6. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, through the contact form on our website, by your own act of completing and submitting the form.
7. Retention Period
Data submitted via the contact form is sent directly as an e-mail and is not stored on our servers. IP and browser records kept for spam prevention are automatically deleted after 24 hours at the latest. Records resulting from subsequent e-mail correspondence are retained in accordance with the nature of the matter and applicable legal obligations.
8. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11 of the KVKK)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you are entitled to exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties, at home or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To request rectification of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to any outcome unfavourable to you resulting from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated means
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data
9. How to Apply
You may exercise your rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller through any of the following channels:
- By signed written application sent to the address above by post
- Via registered electronic mail (KEP)
- By e-mail to info@nrt.com.tr (sent from the e-mail address registered in our system under the KVKK)
Your request will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty days, depending on its nature.
